The Free Clarity Session™
Maybe you found me because I'm a little obsessed with PMOS research, what used to be called PCOS. It's the topic you'll most often see me teaching other healthcare providers on. But there are other areas I work with just as often... pick what brings you here.
Free when you show up. Fifteen minutes with me, in a small group... and usually within the week. For British Columbia residents.

Super simple
Pick a time that works for you. There's nothing to prepare.
I walk you through exactly how my care works... what it costs, how many visits, what happens in between. Then I stay on for your questions.
Type BOOK in the chat and Nicole gets you set up, right then or straight after. And if it's not a fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward where to look next.
Who you'll be talking to
I've been helping women since 2010 with digestion, hormones, menopause, cycle and metabolic health. The common thread isn't one label... it's feeling like something is off, being told your labs are "normal," and wanting someone to actually look closer with you.
Good to know. I work primarily virtually... secure video, anywhere in BC. I do keep an office in Burnaby and I'm there from time to time, but in-person visits are limited, so this works best if you're comfortable with virtual care.

A few common questions
No. The Clarity Session is a short fit-screening conversation, not a medical visit. There's no diagnosis and no treatment. It's how we both decide whether to work together.

Yes. It's free when you show up. The only time a fee applies is a no-show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice ($47), because that time was held just for you.
Not at all. No obligation, no pressure. If it's a fit, I'll walk you through your options. If it isn't, that's completely okay.
Nope. Just show up with whatever's on your mind. There's nothing to fill out first.
Then I'll tell you honestly and point you toward where to look next. A clearer direction is a good outcome too.
Same fifteen minutes with me, same information, and I stay on after either way for questions. The group just gets you in sooner. One on one is still available if you'd rather have me to yourself... it books further out.
Yes, it's a small group, so you'll hear their questions and they'll hear yours. Camera is optional and you can join with a first name only. And if something feels too personal to raise in front of others, that's exactly what a one on one is for... just tell Nicole when she follows up.
BC resident and ready?
A short, no-pressure conversation to explore what's possible and see if our approach feels like the right next step.
Free when you show up. Fifteen minutes, in a small group or one on one. For BC residents. Not a medical consultation.

⭐ A quick note before you choose... I added the group sessions because the wait for a one on one was getting long. Same fifteen minutes with me, just sooner. One on one is still there if you'd rather. It just books further out.
Fifteen minutes, for BC residents. You're booking directly with me, Dr. Mélanie DesChâtelets, ND, not a call centre.
It's free when you show up. If you no-show or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, there's a $47 fee... I'm holding that time just for you, and turning others away from that spot. Which, honestly, kinda sounds fair.
